Came in to wait for an Uber Eats order. After standing there for several minutes without being acknowledged, the cashier came up and took a couple's order who came in AFTER me. So before anyone else could go to the register, I stepped up and the cashier said "if you're here for door dash you gotta wait over there I gotta take these inside orders first." This is actually sad, the customer service is okay but the effort in making good food not so much. My spicy chicken nuggets were old, cold, and hard. The Dave single swimming in ketchup and mayo.
Fast food places are stretched for staff right now for sure and it's unrealistic to have expectations that doesnt take that into consideration. All that to say, gentleman working the counter was awesome with service and attitude. Best service worked I've encountered in a long time. The other employees were very attentive and courteous as well

Wendy's has improved significantly with new staff providing genuine customer service. The wait time is drastically reduced, and the food is served hot and fresh. Even for a big order, the service was efficient and quick. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience pleasant. Vegetarian options are available upon request, with a separate menu kept under the register.
However, some customers have reported inconsistent service, with long wait times and limited menu options. Management is actively working to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience. Despite these challenges, Wendy's remains a great place to enjoy a quick and delicious meal with excellent customer service.
