WOW!! This Wendy's used to be horrible. My food was always cold. I never received it before 20 min. 80% of the time I had the wrong food and several occasions I had been told they needed my card back because I accidentally paid for someone else's food. I heard it was all new people working there so I decided to stop in and see if there was any change. I never experienced such genuine customer service. The food was hot and fresh. It only took them 1.56 seconds to hand me my drinks and food which was quite a bit. The one manager Tessa or tresa something like that was amazing. I'll definitely be going back there!!!Vegetarian options: You just half to ask for the vegetarian menu. They have a plastic menu they keep under the register.

Host Patricia was the person who took our order. Was very stern when doing so. Limited me to the amount of questions I wanted to ask about my order. Soda machine was malfunctioning on pink lemonade option. When. I finished my meal and walked towards the restroom Patricia smacked lock button on wall repeatedly and in an aggressive manner.

I went back febuary 15th 2024, it was way better! Drive thru lady was quick and professional and the ? tasted normal thank you Wendy's! ***Horrible service! As I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker no cars were there only one was pulled around to the window, it took them nearly 10 minutes to ask me what my order was, Seems like they can only take one order at a time, they wait until the first car is gone before taking another order, if they are that inefficient they need to stay home, when I told them I wanted a number 5 they repeated a number six, had to repeat what drink I wanted three times, I pulled around to the window, the girl was African-American and was talking very ghetto slang, once I finally got my food the french fries tasted like someone had urinated on them literally! And the Sprite was not good, the only thing that was good was the chicken sandwich surprisingly, but the french fries after eating a few of them, to me smelled and tasted up like someone's urine as if they had been baked in urine!! I was going to call the number and complain but I didn't do it because it's really no use I don't think Wendy's cares about their food or quality or service or anything anymore it's sad to see them go downhill I will definitely never visit that location again,

If I could possibly put no stars, I would. The cashier input our order wrong 3 times despite repeatedly informing him that he input the wrong order. We were at the cashier station for more than 5mins straight trying to order 2 burgers.
Restaurant was clean and staff was fine.The places always feels like it's about to close and you just walked in right before they were going lock the door. The burger was on point.

This is the WORST wendys I've ever been to. The worst restaurant actually. The drive thru is almost NEVER OPEN. if it is somehow actually open you'll sit there at least 20 mins! If neither of those things happen, don't worry bc their system goes down every other day! Pathetic) )

Go through the drive thru order nuggets fries and a small chili. ask for BBQ sauce. Get up to pay and ask the lady can I please get crackers and BBQ sauce and she looks at me looks on the bag and says yep it's in there. Get down the road and check , not one BBQ sauce. How hard is it to follow simple instructions and not to lie right through your teeth to a customer. It literally took more effort to look in the bag than to just grab a BBQ sauce and toss it in. Ridiculous and people like that want $25 an hour. Anyways food was okay nuggets and fries luke warm & chili was cold.
