I've only been vegan for 4 months but was so excited to eat at V-Grits because there are no vegan restaurants where I live so I hadn't eaten out for quite some time. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich with fries and was not disappointed. fries were perfectly fried and the seasoning was wonderful. The cheesesteak was the best I've ever had, even before going vegan. If I hadn't known before ordering, I would never have believed it was vegan. Sooo yummy!
I used to love v-grits and used to recommend them to everyone. The food I had today was a joke. Absolutely awful and way too expensive for mainly a box of cold fries. Idk if the move is the reason its gone down but I will not be back. $16 for cold fries and a chicken patty cut into 3 small strips. Extra for a side Nashville hot sauce that was literally only butter. Said it didnt come with gravy anymore so i added it and payed extra to find out it did come with it.
