Waffle House in Louisville

“I ordered my go to ham-cheese-mushroom-onion omelet and it was a little overcooked. But then again it usually is no matter which waffle House I go to. Also I always order wheat toast and am always give white toast. I don't know why that is . . .“

“YALLLLLL THAT PROTEIN BOWL SLAPPED. It has jalapenos, tomatoes, eggs, cheese, and the most juicy and flavorful chicken I've had in a long time. It's joints like this that make Waffle House a Waffle Home. It was also very clean and the food came quickly!“

“I freaking LOVE Waffle House! This is our special place. The service was great, the restaurant was clean. Food was great and my son was loving his hash browns. No one makes hash browns like Waffle House 🤤

I do normally get a Burger, but I did not this time. The sausage hash browns was still good.

“Waffle House is one of my favorites, stop here all the time in the mornings before coming to work. This morning was truly special. The young lady sung a chorus of opera for me while it sent chills up my spine. It was beautiful and sincere. She had a standing ovation from the entire restaurant. Wish I knew her name. “Late night pickup order submitted online. Good food, only hiccup is the server never called the order to the cooks, so they had to pull the history up to get the ticket. It made the wait a bit longer, but it was just an accident. I'm happy overall, they got good customer service, plus my food was fresh and cooked perfectly.“

“Sorry not good with names, Waitress was very accommodating by cleaning the table we wanted and brought fresh ham and bacon that was over cooked.
She had a good conversationalist personality.
Visited at 6pm on Christmas Eve

“The staff was outstanding very attentive but not overwhelming. They took my order promptly and had my food in front of me with lightning speed. And the food was excellent!
It was prepared precisely as I ordered it and was as delicious a meal as I have ever had.

“We had another great Waffle House experience. We really try to find these while traveling to avoid eating hotel food. We love their made fresh right in front you model using top quality products. This store did not disappoint. It was clean and all of the staff were very friendly. It is close to the Louisville airport and easy to find using Google Maps with ample free parking.“

“I absolutely love their hashbrowns with extra cheese and onions! The server was really nice and helpful but the cook was the Rockstar this night! I am a vegetarian but they only have one grill so I asked the cook, Robert, if he would mind just scraping off the right side of the grill where they cook the hashbrowns so that no meat grease would get on my hashbrowns and if he would use clean spatulas too. He not only scraped the grill, he completely scraped and washed down the entire grill! It took him 10 to 15 minutes to clean the whole thing and I appreciated it so much that I tipped him the only 4 dollars I had in my wallet. I tipped the server4.00 on my card but I wanted to make sure Robert got his own tip. He did an amazing job making my two orders of hashbrowns for my daughter and myself, both vegetarians, and they were delicious! I was only out that way because I ordered something from the Home Depot out Westport Rd, I live in Hikes Point, but I would drive out of my way to go back after the awesome service I got. Not many places cater to vegetarians so when you find someone that does, you stick with them. I am not someone who is vegetarian for health reasons. I never liked meat or seafood. I haven't eaten either one since I was 15 and I'm now 65. I've lived a long vegetarian life in a meat eaters world. I have nothing against meat eaters, I just don't like it myself. I can't say enough how awesome it was to be catered to this way. Way to go Waffle House, especially Robert! I for one really appreciate you and would give 10 stars if I could! Don't lose Robert, he's awesome and deserves a raise! I will be back.“

“My wife called the order in, and when I got there to pick it up, it was ready. I was in and out in under a minute. Everything we ordered was in the bag, order was correct. The restaurant was crowded so carry out was a good option. The server was amazingly nice. The restaurant was clean. The parking lot was clear of snow and ice. I will definitely return.“

“My family had dinner at Waffle House on Valentine’s night, after all other options were dismissed as a possibility. I was unsure of where we’d fill our bellies tonight, & I’m glad we came. Neo, Reggie, & Robert displayed exemplary customer service skills & hospitable treatment this evening.

We were greeted with enthusiastic smiles & told to sit where we’d like. We weren’t the only family in the house, yet we were treated as if we were. Our food arrived & we were eating what seemed like moments after we sat down.

“Had a fantastic dining experience here at this Waffle House today. I had an all star breakfast and my fiance had some hash browns and a waffle. Everything came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Our server was quick and attentive, but unfortunately I didn't catch her name. The staff all had great attitudes. This was not only one of my best experiences at a Waffle House, but one of my best experiences dining in a restaurant in a while.“
