“Best Waffle House by far. Staff is always absolutely fantastic. I’ve been coming here more than I probably should but everytime is great. The lady (wish I could remember her name) at front counter is one of my favorite “to go” servers I’ve had!“
“Stopped by the Waffle House on Bardstown Road and had a good experience overall. The service was friendly and attentive, and my food came out quickly. The waffles were cooked just right with a great flavor, and the bacon was crispy and delicious. It was a solid breakfast, and the staff made the visit enjoyable. “I freaking LOVE Waffle House! This is our special place. The service was great, the restaurant was clean. Food was great and my son was loving his hash browns. No one makes hash browns like Waffle House 🤤
I do normally get a Burger, but I did not this time. The sausage hash browns was still good.

“We are regulars at this Waffle House, especially on third shift. The amazing staff is a huge reason we keep coming back. They always make us feel welcome and truly make this place feel like Waffle Home. 😁
We LOVE our cook, Tim! My husband is VERY particular about how he likes his eggs, and Tim somehow knows exactly how to cook them every single time. He gets them perfect without us even having to explain. That kind of consistency and attention to detail means so much to us. (also has a good sense of humor).
Kerrigan, the other cook, works so diligently and She makes my waffles and hashbrowns PERFECT every time. (Which is particular)
Allisa, one of the servers, is always composed, even when the restaurant gets absolutely slammed. It’s impressive to watch her handle the craziness while still taking care of everyone.
Des is another one of our servers. She is so kind, sweet, and welcoming, and always makes us feel comfortable when we come in.
And finally, Crystal. Our absolute favorite server! ❤ She has been our regular waitress for several years, and she is always on top of everything we need. She is kind, thorough, attentive, and somehow seems to know what we need before we even ask. She has become such a familiar and friendly face. We bring our friends here, and they can see why we love it here!
Third shift can be hectic, especially when the restaurant gets busy, but this crew consistently works hard and takes care of their customers. We appreciate every one of them more than they probably realize.

“It's 3 am and the food cravings kicks in because you were at the hospital all day visiting. Only a handful of places were open in the east this late. Seeing Waffle House's house lights still lit is like running towards the bright lights in search of a food coma in Valhalla!
But this Valhalla joint is only 4 stars because they forgot to top my burger off with vegetables even when I requested it twice!“

“We had another great Waffle House experience. We really try to find these while traveling to avoid eating hotel food. We love their made fresh right in front you model using top quality products. This store did not disappoint. It was clean and all of the staff were very friendly. It is close to the Louisville airport and easy to find using Google Maps with ample free parking.“
“There was no way I was leaving Kentucky without telling you about my wonderful experience at this Waffle House. This was by far the best Waffle House I’ve ever been to! We traveled from Louisiana to a tournament here. We got in late and was tired and exhausted. We stopped here & received the best customer service from Crystal & Hunter! Crystal was super sweet! Hunter put on some music on the jukebox that was so calming and completely changed our very tiring trip to a relaxed one! Food was awesome! Will definitely be back any time we are in town!“
“I stopped in to pick up a meal after arriving back in town late night. I placed my order online. The meal was hot and fresh ready to go. The manager was friendly and greeted me when I arrived. She took the time to review my order for accuracy. This location is well staffed and exceeded expectations.“
“My wife called the order in, and when I got there to pick it up, it was ready. I was in and out in under a minute. Everything we ordered was in the bag, order was correct. The restaurant was crowded so carry out was a good option. The server was amazingly nice. The restaurant was clean. The parking lot was clear of snow and ice. I will definitely return.“
“I have been coming here for a couple of years every morning before work. I also bring my son on weekends often. Renee is always on top of her serving. She never misses a beat. She has served her customers for over 30 years. Staff is very friendly. Like drinking coffee and socializing with the regulars and staff before work to get my day going. Everyone treats my disabled son just like any other person. Feel welcomed here. Trying to please everyone in the public the same is a difficult task as I work in retail. Kuddos to this Staff.
