I showed up at 740am and no one was in the store .. how do I know this because the doors were unlocked and I had fee range of the Wendy’s … lucky for them I’m not a criminal because I believe all that restaurant equipment someone would get a pretty penny for them

6 employees and no customers. All 6 sitting in the lobby smoking weed. Never said a word or acknowledged me (ordered through the app). Food tasted like it’s been sitting for days. I threw it all out immediately. Avoid at all costs!!

Went through drive thru, ordered a salad….when I get to window and ask for a dressing and all they have is ranch…why not tell me when I ordered it? Then she forget to hand me my coke and had to drive around and wait. If you own this place, it won’t last long.

This Wendy's is terrible. The employees don't work. They don't have inventory. Multiple times I have gone there and been told "we aren't taking orders" or "we only have frosties." I don't know how this location stays open.

I entered the Lobby at 10pm and walked to the counter to order my food. As im standing there waiting for someone to help me, a worker was sitting in a chair behind the counter eating. I asked arw you going to serve me he said the lobby is closed, I informed him that im a bus driver and politely asked if he wanted me to walk through the drive through. He didnt respond, so i asked again are you going to serve me, he wipes his mouth with his bar hands, which is disgusting and proceed to yell. I told him to calm down because i wasnt talking to him in that manner. I asked for regional number and supervisor number he said he didnt have the numbers and that he was the supervisor, so the night manager Bradley Hilshur, refused to serve at 10:17pm was rude confrontational and hostile this Wendy's will never get another dollar from me. I will let all my Co workers know not to patronize this business when doing this bus route.

I sat at the drive-through intercom for about 5 min with no interaction. I finally said, "Hello?" and the response was unintelligible, so I assumed I was on hold. Finally, I was asked for my order, and I asked very clearly for a small frosty. He replied, "Large?". And I said again clearly, "Small." I had to repeat myself twice. I then drove to the window where he handed me my frosty and a straw. I didn't realize it was a straw and not a spoon until I was past the window. The frosty is super thick, and a straw would be useless. So, I drove around the building to the drive up window, and the guy had his head in his hand with his cell phone inches from his face. I called out. Honked lightly and then knocked on the window several times. He finally saw me and handed me a spoon like I was a pest. It was a truly remarkably bad experience.

I've gone to this location several times and each time there has been something really wrong with the meal. The fries are almost always dry and crunchy. Flavorless too. Twice, the bottom bun on my burger was actually hard and dry. Like, I could break it in half like a cookie. The workers don't seem lazy, they seem to genuinely be trying and they are always very kind so I don't think it's an effort issue. It seems like they have been trained wrong or there is no oversight- but it's also just wild how crazy they mess it up every time (the stuff I said was just a couple examples.)Oh, and the first time I went there, they let me make my whole order and then when I pulled up to the window they were like, "Oh sorry, cash only." So what was a player to do but go home empty handed. All I know is no offense to the employees, but Wendy would be sad to know her legacy became like this tbh Wendy's used to be at the top of the game or like top three at least. Definitely above Long John Silver's ha!

Found a literal cockroach in my wrong order, then rude manager tried to spit in my face and told me he doesn’t care. This Wendy’s needs to be shut down, and that manager should go back to being unemployed.

Register wasn't working, the staff watched me at the Register for at least 5 minutes before I was given a chance to give my order. The food wasn't as good as I am used to at Wendy's at other locations. The cc terminal wasn't working properly, so I really didn't know if I was charged or how many times I was charged until I look it up on my cc statement .

This Wendy's was not good at all.Firstly the Host:Jessica is not friendly at all. I don't think it was because she is having one of those mornings either. We waited for well over 20 minutes for our order for the food just to be hard, the chicken over cooked and the biscuits also hard. I don't mind waiting but to wait and then the food still be wrong. Not good. The host was just not nice way to busy on her phone and she has an attitude, I don't ever which to return to this location. And I am more incline to tell people don't bother coming here for breakfast. McDonald's is right across the street and they will apologize and get your order right.

Avoid at all costs!!! If I could give a zero I would. Food was awful, chicken sandwiches were dry, fries had been sitting forever. So much for their guarantee of hot fries. Had a coupon for 2 chicken sandwiches for 10 dollars but was charged 16, not sure how that happened. Worker was confused beyond belief. Just someone collecting a paycheck without doing any work. Will never go back. From the other reviews from years ago it appears that this location has never been good. Someone gave them a glowing review, must have been a parent of an employee.
