Waited 18 minutes for my online order to be done get there they are busy but I had an online so I thought I'd be there for 5 mins max but I waited another 35 minutes til someone asked me what my order name was for the second time keep in mind(once when arrived told us it wasn't done and to sit and wait) after we had finally gotten it, it was cold?
They suddenly charge $3 for a water cup, the service is terrible and slow, the wings are mediocre and get smaller every time I go. There is never enough sauce so you get dry wings and the sauce is underwhelming flavor wise. Everything is overpriced and not worth the money. This company clearly cares only about profit and squeezing every last dime out of you during a time when most Americans are already on tight budgets. The manajer or the person in charge of customers' services is awful . My daughters went to eat there and he was aggressive and ugly if you don't like your job don't work, other people to have to pay the consequences. Don't ruin people's day when they are trying to just eat and be with family ?????
