“This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant around. I travel from horse cave to this location only. Joel is an outstanding person who puts his heart and soul into this establishment. “We had lunch here, twice, on a recent visit to the park. Between the two days our choices included the chicken tenders, buttermilk mashed potatoes with cream gravy, burgers, fries and the biscuits with the Huckleberry jam. The food was good, especially the biscuits and jam. The first day we didn't want to wait an hour on the fried chicken that we had been looking forward to. We still enjoyed our meal.“
