Sometimes when you go through the drive-thru, they get you order incorrect.
I must say I had an amazing experience there the other day. I went in to get an order to go. After, leaving the store and going back to my vehicle I checked my sandwiches, one was made wrong. I went back in to tell someone about it so it could be fixed. They were busy. I wasn't in there but about a minute and the young man named Allen who was cleaning the lobby stopped what he was doing and came over to me and asked what was wrong.
