“Short wait time for a Saturday night at about 8 p.m. (17 minutes) The restaurant had a great atmosphere and service was excellent from our waitress, Jada. The food was decent but the chicken parmesan was a little overcooked on the tour of italy and the minestrone soup was a little off... almost like it was overseasoned or something. The shrimp carbonara and the chicken and gnocci soup were very good. The mango passionfruit iced tea was excellent! We ordered dessert: the pumpkin cookie butter cheesecake and the black tie mousse cake. Unfortunately, the black tie mousse cake was still frozen so we had to take it home to enjoy later. We spent $81 for two entrees, two drinks, two desserts, and one dipping sauce for our breads ticks.
Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.“

“Corporate failure all the way. Tried to use Dodger’s win coupon. Wasted a hour. I wasn’t logged in. I was and still failure. I went to pay full price. Individual on duty apologized but he was not at fault. I told him I would never purchase Jets again. A regular customer that orders the same each time I expected better.Have no fear your competitors are closing stores at a record rate. Hope Jets joins the “conga line”Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

“David and Blythe were great! My order was messed up but they made it right and gave me both pizzas. Not saying go here to get free pizza but at least they didn’t just throw it away like most restaurants do. People need to be more like this restaurant.“

“While traveling in Louisville, we decided we had to try Louisville style pizza, of course. The recommendation from Google and Yelp was Impellizzeri's hands down, so off we went! We arrived about 7 on Saturday night, it was busy, but we were able to be seated within 10 min. Amazing location with street parking available. Great selection of Bourbon and beers available, and a great menu. They offer 4 styles of pizza: thin, original, thick, and Sicilian. We went with original, and it was perfect crust, with a chewy edge. Louisville style is two layers of cheese and toppings, with a slightly thicker than thin crust. We loved it, but it's very filling. Lots of leftovers, which is never bad. We always get 16in to maximize our slice to pizza ratio. Service was fast and attentive, their pizzas do take longer than your average, but it was worth it. I think ours took about 25 min.“

“I am in love with their gluten-free crust. It is crispy and very close to what a regular for crust feels and tastes like. They always ask me if it is because of an allergy, and since it is, it's very important to me that they take this allergy seriously. Such a variety of toppings and styles of pizza. Service is always good!“
