American Restaurants near Monticello

“Delighted by service, attitude of smiling waitresses, and food. You'd get the fifth star if you allowed discounts through YOUR OWN APP! I travelled 1200 miles for family...checked out restaurants in Monticello, down loaded the HH app. HH was next door to our hotel...(what could be easier?) and our hotel served breakfast...but we Wanted to enjoy HH....and we were told that they didn't honor the app there. What The.....are you kidding??? Another thing....they don't sell tshirts, postcards or coffee mugs...can you say untouresty...is that a word? Hostesses/waitresses on point?..delightful attentive. We enjoyed noshing...and seeing area regulars, great repertee with family we've never met, so this was a special occasion for all! Hard to believe this HH is missing the boat by antiquated thinking.... Mouthfull said...would we return? Yup, we will, this HH may yet enter the 21 century..some decade soon we hope....“

“Hey this a wonderful pace and a great place to eat they have wonderful food and great service. And they are pretty quick at getting your food out to you and they come and ask if you need anything else and the waitresses they ask you if your done with your plate and they take it back to the back. And they clean the tables and get it ready for the next people to be seated. They are hard workers good cooks and very nice people and owners that own it. I worked there just for one night a few years back and I was just filling in for someone and had a wonderful time and worked with people that I did not know and did not know what I was doing but I learned really quick. I recommend this place to anybody to eat at. And the cook that works there he is a very hard worker and knows what he is doing.“
