I expect to wait every time I go there but tonight the attitude coupled with the wait sucked. Hardees owner and mgrs need to fix the pull forward and wait so our timers won't show we took so long problem.

Based on reviews, Hardee's offers a mix of experiences. The service and food are often great, with fresh food and a courteous staff. The chicken platter is excellent and fresh, and the Biggie Bag and ham and cheese and ranch wrap are very good. The restaurant is kid-friendly, has a big parking lot, and is wheelchair accessible with ramp access and plenty of space in bathroom stalls. Vegetarian options and dietary restrictions are clearly marked. However, there can be a long wait at the drive-thru, where drinks were closer to 16 oz instead of 20 oz, and orders sometimes come with regular fries instead of curly fries. One visit involved getting dripped on while ordering due to trouble with the AC.
