Ordered at around 11:25 online for delivery, a large pizza and breadsticks. At about 12:05 driver delivered 2 boxes of breadsticks and no pizza. I called the store and they said they thought there would be a problem with the order as the driver gave them problems. I was told that they would send another pizza. At 1:20 they called me back to make sure I got my order. It was never delivered and I requested a refund. They apologized but there should not be a 2 hour delay in delivery
The store location has a sign in the window offering 50% off every third Tuesday for first responders. I tried to use this coupon and the store workers would not honor it and said they had no clue what I was talking about. I advised them that it was the sign in their drive through window. They brought a manager on the line who said he was too busy to take my call and hung up. I called corporate. Corporate would not even give me a reference number for my call.
