I went with my daughter she was buying I really wasn't hungry, but I told her ill take a vanilla milk shake, YEAH ABOUT THAT!! it was Vanilla ice-cream not a shake. I was so bummed , if we weren't in a hurry to get home I would have had my daughter go back. This is the 2nd time something was off with the Cook OutAnd my last time going..✌️?❤️ Y'allPS who knows what the dilemma was that day ??That's my story and I'm stickin to it.
This was our first time eating at a Cookout, and we were not disappointed. I wish that we had one here in Louisville. The shakes were SO thick and creamy and DELICIOUS! When you order your tray you pick and entree, two sides and a drink. It was so great getting to build my combo meal and all the food was hot and yummy! Would definitely go back to a Cookout if I am around one in the future!

The only drawback is the drink refill option. Drink machine is behind the counter which makes it difficult to get a refill because the place is packed with people. The food is really good.
