If you can’t find the milkshake you crave at CookOut Olive Branch, you didn’t look at the menu well. They have so many options! I settled on the cheesecake shake; so delicious! 😋 Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back to try another flavor.
Open late. Fast food. Great prices .
Love this place. Really enjoy the quesadillas, the Cajun fries, and their sweet tea. Really sad the watermelon shake will be gone soon until next year though. And love the atmosphere. Can't help but laugh at the person who was whining and complaining about the Christian music that was playing there. It's comical and sad at the same time when people put down good and positive things nowadays.

Cook Out is a mixed bag - some items are good while others miss the mark. The milkshakes and cheeseburgers are decent, with customers particularly enjoying flavors like Pineapple and Banana. The hot dogs, however, are often inedible, dry, and hard. The service can be slow, and orders are frequently incorrect, but many reviews highlight great customer service and a friendly staff. The drive-thru is noted to be quick, even when the line is long. The drink refill option is not convenient, as the drink machine is located behind the counter, making it hard to get a refill when the place is crowded. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with ramps and a roomy area. Parking can be a hassle, with customers sometimes having to park in neighboring lots. Despite some drawbacks, the food and shakes are always delicious, and with new management and an improved crew, Cook Out could potentially turn things around.
