Have been to this location many times and have always enjoyed the ice cream cones. This time, two of us ordered brownie sundaes and found them to be less that spectacular. The brownies were dry and grainy. The hot fudge lacked flavor, and even the ice cream was lackluster. They simply weren’t up to the standards we expect from Graeter’s. The service was good, the product was not.
I really miss having Graeters near my home. The bourbon pecan ice cream was absolutely delicious. I had my other favorite the dark chocolate brownie as the second scoop. I may have to travel to Vegas to get another couple scoops because I don’t live close to one in Arizona!
We’re so glad we stopped here for some ice cream! We got black raspberry chip, cookies and cream, chocolate chip cookie dough, and birthday cake. We had a hard time deciding which one we liked best! Soooo good! Wish there were Graeter’s near us in Indiana!
