Arby's is a restaurant known for its pleasant staff and good food. The classic roast beef is a popular choice, and the variety of meats on offer is impressive. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, including cold and lukewarm food. The restaurant's drive-thru service has also been criticized for poor customer service, with one customer waiting for an extended period before being able to place their order. Despite these issues, Arby's remains a favorite among regular customers who enjoy the food and friendly staff.
