“I love this restaurant, it has one of the most thoughtful atmospheres, lovely staff to converse with whether it be about things happening in life or the menu, and the Food is very unique compared to anything else in Lexington. That being said, several of the dishes lack diversity. If you order the Rip and Roti and the rice bowl, know you’re getting two orders of the rip and roti essentially, just ones over rice with green beans and one is with bread. I ordered the Rip and Roti, The rice bowl, the shrimp toast, and the crab pasta with my wife, and the initial wow was great. The appetizers hit a fun mellow flavor profile that spoke of comfort and easy days in the sun. The only downside is that the flavors tend to blend together where nothing really stands out. If you takeaway a dish home, I helped it with some lime juice and it helped the dish tremendously. I think if they added a bit of vibrancy to the dishes as a garnish… Lime, pickles/pickled something (the onions might be picked but don’t add the acidity that would give the flavors that vibrance), or something with a bit of acidity, or maybe a fruit garnish/chutney. I think that would really help to diversify the dishes and make each one pop on its own.“

“The taco flights (The Filthy Fajita, The Smokeshow and The Gangsta) were Amazing as was our appetizer (Shrimp Rangoon Bites)!! Strawberry Bombshell on the rocks was definitely the bomb! Speaking of being the bomb, gotta give it up to our server Tonni and the general manager Nick who were both so nice, helpful and accommodating!! We will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!“

“Shoutout to Watan for absolutely saving the day. We had a last-minute need and they jumped in without hesitation to feed 45 of our Operation Secret Santa volunteers lunch today. That kind of generosity is rare; they didn’t just serve a yummy meal, they fueled the elves doing the work for kids in our community. Great food, great people, and a business that shows up when it matters. Oh and they sent deserts too! If you’re looking for a place to support, this is it. ❤️🎅🏿“

“My mom and her fiancé drove in from Gulf Shores, AL to attend my son’s (her grandson’s) college graduation from UK. I was able to book them 2 night at the Clarion for the event. After Saturday’s commencement, we wanted to celebrate. My mom and her fiancé were so impressed with Sedona Taphouse from the previous evening, that they treated us to an early dinner along with some drinks there. It was amazing from the appetizers to the drinks to the entrees. Our server was a delight, but we also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Ben as he came over to not only check on us, but to shake my son’s hand and personally congratulate him on his achievement. He really made a big deal about his accomplishment and even went as far to pay for his meal, drinks and dessert. So unexpected! Ben went above & beyond and that food and atmosphere was outstanding. We frequent Lexington often, I’ve found my new spot for lunch or dinner. Thank you Ben!! We can’t thank you enough for making Mason’s special day even more memorable.“

Our group of kids made a mess, but the counter clerk was absolutely the most gracious about it and insisted she take care of the clean up!! They had our tailgate food hot and ready as requested. “My family has frequented this Donato’s location for probably two decades now, and I can say we’ve always had great service and amazing food every time. We love the Founder’s Favorite and Mariachi Chicken pizzas, and we always order them whenever we get together. David L was friendly and efficient, and we even got our order earlier than expected. Can’t recommend this place enough!!“

“When placing my online order, I goofed up by ordering bone-in wings, but meaning to select boneless. However, I picked up my order and YUCK! I called as I was parking and let them know I had made a mistake by ordering the creepy bone- in. TAYLOR did not hesitate to correct MY MISTAKE, free of charge, at all. I have to say, I was very appreciative of her grace and kindness. Thank you Taylor!! My children & I eat her around 3 times a week. We have NEVER had a poor experience!

“This was our first time ever being to chilis. And hands down the best Experience I could ask for. The waiter ( Brooklyn) was very friendly and attentive. She stayed on top of everything without feeling smothering and even helped us with our app deal wile had on our phone. Overall best experience I could’ve asked for. “Old School Coffee is a must-visit spot in Lex! The baristas are so fun and love to chat whenever you visit. This coffee shop is in a beautiful "old school" building that is fun to explore. I’ve lived near here for 8 years now, order pizza about 1X a month, may have had one order wrong (online order so who knows what happened) but 99% of the time, it’s perfect.“

“My dad and i went to get a nacho kit. As soon as we walked in, there was no kind of greeting so I initiated one. Then comes the order. It's like no one knew what we were talking about. After a few minutes they figured it out. A young man that seemed to be the manager on shift had a horrible attitude, not personable and is just not where he needs to be serving people if that is how his attitude is. We got extra meat. He was sure to tell us it would be extra which is common sense. We knew it would be. He was sure to ask the sweet girl at the register if we paid for the extra. We all 3 said yes and he tore the receipt off the machine and checked it twice. I understand some people are like that to not pay for what they order, but to be treated that way after spending what we did there was absolutely ridiculous. I was embarrassed to even be there. The food was good, we enjoyed it. So for that I'll give 5 stars. Shame on the young man for being so rude. You need a new job.“
“this is probably the first time ive gone to this specific jimmy johns and the worker that made my sandwich was super sweet. he went out of his way to make things easier for me because i was carrying my niece and he complimented my hand tats so that was also very nice of him. 10/10“

“The gentleman working here made this visit amazing. My autistic son loves to visit the one near us and wanted to come in here when he saw the fans. He wanted his usual cookie, chips and water. The kind gentleman did not charge me and even gave my son some balloons. He was patient with my son despite the fact he looked busy when we walked in. The place is very clean and well kept. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and when I am down this way again I will definitely be ordering from here.“

“At the Nicholasville Rd location- Ms. Ashley took care of us and went above and beyond. She was so friendly, so good to my son, helped him get ketchup, wouldn't let me get up because I'm almost due to have my baby, and even paid for our dessert- which was wonderful. “When neighboring West Coast Gourmet Pizza stopped answering their phone 45 minutes before their published closing time, we called Noodles & Company. It was 10 minutes before their closing time and they took our phone order and provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. We have always liked their food, but the service we got today will not be forgotten and we will visit them more often.“

Ordered the chicken and beef shawarma, with a large side of hummus. The food was delicious! Everything was fresh and great quality. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly.
