“The taco flights (The Filthy Fajita, The Smokeshow and The Gangsta) were Amazing as was our appetizer (Shrimp Rangoon Bites)!! Strawberry Bombshell on the rocks was definitely the bomb! Speaking of being the bomb, gotta give it up to our server Tonni and the general manager Nick who were both so nice, helpful and accommodating!! We will definitely be repeat customers! “Just got done eating there. Spicy Chicken and Waffles were great. Chicken had a very crispy breading and juicy meat…perfection. Waffle had a nice mild flavor and the addition of hot honey made it fantastic!“

“This place is amazing. I loved everything I’ve had over the past two days and will definitely keep coming back to try more of the menu.
The service was outstanding. Colin was super funny, welcoming, and gave great recommendations. I came here one day, loved it so much, and had to come back the next day.
On my first visit, I had the pasta alla vodka and the meatballs, and both were excellent. I highly recommend the meatballs. My girlfriend ordered the Manzo Parmesan Pasta, it was so creamy. On my second visit, I got the chicken parm and my girlfriend ordered the spaghetti. The chicken parm was fantastic, it had perfect adhesion, was so crispy, and so good.
We also tried the pepperoni pups, which were amazing, crunchy, cheesy, and served with an incredible marinara sauce.
For dessert, the limoncello cake was very lemony with the perfect texture. I also tried the bread pudding and tiramisu, and both were really good.
My favorite items were the meatballs, Manzo Parmesan Pasta, and the limoncello dessert. Sorry for rambling, I just had a really amazing experience.“

“My wife and I just went with our 2 year old and had a great experience. The person who took our order was friendly and professional. She also warned us that the fries were fresh out of the fryer so we should let them cool before our son chowed down. The restaurant was spotless, and the food was great. “My mom and her fiancé drove in from Gulf Shores, AL to attend my son’s (her grandson’s) college graduation from UK. I was able to book them 2 night at the Clarion for the event. After Saturday’s commencement, we wanted to celebrate. My mom and her fiancé were so impressed with Sedona Taphouse from the previous evening, that they treated us to an early dinner along with some drinks there. It was amazing from the appetizers to the drinks to the entrees. Our server was a delight, but we also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Ben as he came over to not only check on us, but to shake my son’s hand and personally congratulate him on his achievement. He really made a big deal about his accomplishment and even went as far to pay for his meal, drinks and dessert. So unexpected! Ben went above & beyond and that food and atmosphere was outstanding. We frequent Lexington often, I’ve found my new spot for lunch or dinner. Thank you Ben!! We can’t thank you enough for making Mason’s special day even more memorable.“

Our group of kids made a mess, but the counter clerk was absolutely the most gracious about it and insisted she take care of the clean up!! They had our tailgate food hot and ready as requested. “I had a great experience at the Richmond Road (Lexington) location on February 20, 2026. A big part of that was thanks to the server, Rachel B. She greeted me with genuine warmth and positive energy that immediately made me feel welcome. Throughout the meal, she was attentive in the best way—checking in thoughtfully, answering questions with patience, and making sure everything was just right. I especially appreciated how valued she made me feel. Great food matters, but service like this is what truly makes a restaurant stand out. Rachel’s professionalism and kindness made the visit memorable. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Door Dash delivered my pizza to the wrong address and the driver didn't respond when I reached out. Nathan was the only worker at the store but took it upon himself to call Door Dash, and when they weren't helpful, he remade the pizza and had another driver deliver a fresh pizza. And it was delicious!“

“I had such a great experience at Slim Chickens! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in — everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The store itself was spotless and very well maintained, which always makes a difference. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and wow — it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the waffle was perfectly sweet and fluffy.
A special shout-out to Manager Austin, who went above and beyond to resolve a small mix-up with my order quickly and professionally. He made sure everything was corrected right away and checked back to ensure I was satisfied. That level of care really stands out. I’ll definitely be back!“

“This was our first time ever being to chilis. And hands down the best Experience I could ask for. The waiter ( Brooklyn) was very friendly and attentive. She stayed on top of everything without feeling smothering and even helped us with our app deal wile had on our phone. Overall best experience I could’ve asked for. “Old School Coffee is a must-visit spot in Lex! The baristas are so fun and love to chat whenever you visit. This coffee shop is in a beautiful "old school" building that is fun to explore. All of their drinks are school-themed, and they always have a drink of the week that is a must-try! Definitely give this place a try!“

I’ve lived near here for 8 years now, order pizza about 1X a month, may have had one order wrong (online order so who knows what happened) but 99% of the time, it’s perfect.“

“My dad and i went to get a nacho kit. As soon as we walked in, there was no kind of greeting so I initiated one. Then comes the order. It's like no one knew what we were talking about. After a few minutes they figured it out. A young man that seemed to be the manager on shift had a horrible attitude, not personable and is just not where he needs to be serving people if that is how his attitude is. We got extra meat. He was sure to tell us it would be extra which is common sense. We knew it would be. He was sure to ask the sweet girl at the register if we paid for the extra. We all 3 said yes and he tore the receipt off the machine and checked it twice. I understand some people are like that to not pay for what they order, but to be treated that way after spending what we did there was absolutely ridiculous. I was embarrassed to even be there. The food was good, we enjoyed it. So for that I'll give 5 stars. Shame on the young man for being so rude. You need a new job.“
“this is probably the first time ive gone to this specific jimmy johns and the worker that made my sandwich was super sweet. he went out of his way to make things easier for me because i was carrying my niece and he complimented my hand tats so that was also very nice of him. 10/10“

“Came in with my family, the guy who made our sandwich’s was great, made delicious sandwiches! Just wish he had some help! (Corporate should really be ashamed of themselves! This isn’t the only location I see that they leave one person to handle everything!) He was the only person handling prep, cashier and the sandwich line etc!! Thankfully everyone was kind and patient and didn’t blame him durning the lunch hour rush!“
