“Absolutely delicious, authentic, quick service, extraordinarily affordable, what a gem . Is in a small strip mall and a bit spartan but more than adequate. Clean. Food is absolutely outstanding. What a fun surprise to find and very close to most of the hotels just off the highway. Got both the vegetarian platter and chicken . Serving sizes were substantial, highly recommended!!!“

“Stopped in for breakfast had 40+ people in a tourbus they had taken every ones order in 15 minutes and in about another 10 we all had our food! All done in a polite professional manner going out of their way to make sure everyone got what they wanted. The facilities were very clean and well kept!“

“This hotel has a lot of potential, and generally is a great deal, but I cannot give it five stars based on my recent stay.
The biggest PROS:
-breakfast is included! Made to order omelettes and pancakes included!
-you get a suite -it's in the name, but having a separate living room with a door really helps. You get a fridge and a microwave, plus a little kitchen sink and a coffee machine.
-location is great, easy to get anywhere.
-every evening there is a manager reception, so you get two drinks and snacks included with your stay.
-location is beautiful, cool set up and layout overall.

Now the CONs:
-our bed literally broke. They apologized and moved our rooms, and admitted they they just had construction done and some of the beds were incorrectly installed, so this happens with some frequency.
-the AC was not working well, they couldn't figure out why. It was 78 degrees no matter what. Again, moving the rooms fixed the issue.
- other issues with the room -curtains not installed correctly, so always some light coming through; door lock to bedroom incorrectly installed, so the door locks from the OUTSIDE of the bedroom. Again, switching the room helped. But this is such a serious issue. Not to mention a firecode violation.
-the pool was under construction with no warning. One of the reasons we chose this hotel is so that we could have a pool to use during our vacation- they chose fourth of July week to refinish it, so we didn't get to use it at all.
-room service only occurs if you request it, even if you're staying for 7+ days. This was not mentioned to us at check in. We had to ask multiple times before we were finally added to the list to have our room made up.
-wifi was not working during the entire stay. Apparently there was some sort or hotel wide issue, which sucks for everyone, but given that my husband had to get work done two of the days, it certainly did not help.

In conclusion: the people working are accomodating, helpful, and nice. Very apologetic for the multiple mishaps. None of the issues were unbearable, just annoying or inconvenient. I do plan to stay here again in the future, and I am optimistic that the issues will get addressed before my next trip.“
