“My First time trying Insomnia Cookies was in Knoxville in October 2025. I went to try Insomnia Cookies for the 2nd time on Friday evening. It was very busy and crowded. I thought it was very clean too from what I could tell. I asked the lady for my Mobile Order, and She said you’ll have to wait. I waited for my order for a second. She seemed very stressed in the moment which was very understandable because if I was working there I would be the same way. The Cookies are so DELICIOUS and phenomenal as always! Insomnia>Crumbl They came out warm, fresh, and individually wrapped which I LOVED. I appreciate the staff for putting the Gluten Free Chocolate chip cookie in a separate box for my sister who is Gluten free. My Favorite one is their Deluxe Peanut Butter Cup ft Reese’s. Also, I tried their Brownie. It was DELICIOUS too. If you’re a first timer wanting to try Insomnia Cookies, Do it! Trust me, You won’t regret it. I would wait a couple of months until the hype goes down. Just my personal opinion: 😉 Highly recommend this amazing Cookie shop.“

Not only are the gyros delish, but the owners remember our order each time, give great service and are always super friendly and happy to see us. This is not your typical restaurant attitude. “My husband and I went a week ago. The food was amazing, we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. The portion size was nice. You can get up and get your own sauces and condiments that you want and as much as you want. We loved that and made our own combinations with the sauce. Our waiter was the only one waiting tables so when it was time to get the check it took a minute for her to get to us. We loved the food, not sure if it was slow because of the location or because we came on a Sunday, but it was only one person waiting tables. She was really nice and sweet and was very helpful. Get her some help it’s a lot for one person.“

“I have been a weekly customer for a while. Today I ordered one of my favorites, but it tasted like cake batter instead of French vanilla. It was very light on the mix ins. But truthfully it was the flavor that disappointed me. I called they gave me the option of returning it to get get more ice cream, or put in for a refund. I ended up taking it in and swapping. I called back spoke to the same person, Susan. I gave her my order, everything the same except the ice cream flavor is flavor I changed to coffee ice cream. I got home and tasted, immediately I called Susan back. I had to tell her the coffee ice cream is amazing!!!!! So much better than Golly G's!!! I can put my other favorites to the side.great place the people are very nice, and helpful. Kudo's to Susan!!!“
