Every single time I pull up, the vibe is upbeat, friendly, and welcoming. The staff always treats me like I’m more than just another customer in line. My orders are always spot-on, and they have such a great variety of drinks that I’m constantly trying something new. Moments like that really show how much they care about their customers. One of the most thoughtful things happened this past Valentine’s Day. One of the girls working there, Charlie, gave me a little Valentine card, the kind kids pass out at school. It might seem small, but it meant the world to me. I had never received anything for Valentine’s Day before, and that simple act of kindness truly made my entire day. I still have the card and keep it in my makeup bag because it reminds me how thoughtful she was. Even though I actually have an espresso machine at home, I still choose to come here because the experience is so special. The kindness, the conversations, the energy, they always make me feel spoiled in the best way. “Really cute place! The employee was super nice and friendly. I thought the prices were on par for other similar shops. I had the two scoops of peanut butter ice cream on a chocolate chip cookie. My son's had a deluxe peanut butter cup cookie and the other had cookie dough ice cream. We will definitely return.“

I sent in an email, and they said I could come back by and get it fixed if I brought the ticket on the cup back. I'm glad they offered to fix it.
