They need a Manager/ Leader & they ( The Company ) needs to pay for a top notch Manager
Low Black Friday rating... when you tell customers they have to do two separate transactions for using two different coupons that were given out in the Kentucky Oaks Mall swag bags and take their order... you don't proceed to tell them they have to go to the back of long line for the 2nd order because it's a separate transaction. Lost you some business and possibly future business.

The lady running the store today 9/14 at 2pm coughed into her gloved hand and touched the food. its not the coughing that bothered me. its the fact she didn't change gloves.. how discusting!! I won't be back unless she isn't there. this is the 2nd time its happened! 😡
