I'm personal from Paducah and I love this food! This family owned restaurant has such great food and many different type of food! Sandwiches, sandwich meat, and so much more but my favorite is they're Special sauce! They also have t-shirt and other things but if you ever visit Paducah or even are from here I recommend this place this much!
We stopped in at Starnes for lunch during our trip to Paducah. It was a small hometown restaurant with very friendly people working there and extremely affordable food . I’ve never seen prices that low in any BBQ restaurant in the Southeast (likely anywhere honestly). Go for the ambience, enjoy the food. When sitting at the counter, you'd expect Floyd the Barber to be seated across from you. Time hasn't touched this restaurant for decades (and, that's ALL for the good). The bbq sandwiches are small and served on white bread.
