I took my two grandkids to Steak 'n Shake for lunch today. The service was almost non-existent once we got our order. I had to ask for napkins since he brought none. Likewise I had to ask for straws for our milkshakes since he brought none. After that I was never even able to get his attention for assistance. Good food service very very poor especially to pay after the meal.. We waited in line with maybe 8 in line to pay.. Even when they saw the line they were not apologetic.. It was almost a 10 minute wait and we were the 2nd in line... Never go there again...

Went to drive-through for breakfast, and the woman was very patient through the order taking process. My Portebello 'n Swiss burger was a little greasy, but it didn't make the burger any less delicious. The rest of the family also loved their food. Also, shakes. You can never go wrong with their shakes.
