“Our wedding reception was a dream thanks to Tessie, Tiffany, Aaron, and the whole staff from McHale’s at The Grand Ballroom. From our first meeting, Tessie helped guide us every step of the way and provided honest feedback. Their tools and resources really helped bring our vision to life, and our guests could not stop raving at all the beautiful details. And the FOOD! My goodness, when I say yum, I mean YUM!! We had a few guests with dietary restrictions and they were more than happy to accommodate!! Even after the big day, they were so kind and helpful in arranging pickup with our parents while we were honeymooning. I can’t thank the team enough!!“
“The staff, service, and food provided by The Delish Dish were outstanding. We had them for a party of 40 at the American Sign Museum. Creating the menu and working around specific food allergies was incredibly easy. The food and staff were outstanding. I would 100% recommend them and use them again.“

“Me my fiance and our beautiful baby daughter have not been here yet but I'm looking for a place to cater our wedding but when I looked at the menu right here I didn't see nothing that I would really want we want down cell phone cooking food on top of the seafood and I want to be able to make my own menu I don't want to have to go off other people's menus I don't like what they have on the menu I want to make my own menu and I have specific desserts that I want made“

We went with the Southwestern Bowl Bar, and it was a huge hit—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Several guests came up to me afterward, eager to know where the food was from. They provide meals for Empower Learn Create, Inc, a high quality early childhood education agency near the University of Cincinnati's campus. We have a number of dietary needs and special requests that are accommodated and honored. DC Catering is responsive to our needs, communicative and professional. “We spent a week in Cincinnati and this is by far the best food we ate. There was not one thing we ordered that we didn’t like and the strawberry dessert bar they make, 11/10. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!“

“25/10 recommend for anyone, but especially as a couple. Date night can get so mundane and this switched it up so much. It allowed for us disconnect, talk and learn something new together as well as meet new people! The instructors and staff were incredible too. But the best part of the whole class is the only part they don’t tell you about, the cookies. We will definitely be back!“

“Today I traveled from Florida to Cincinnati. My sister and I wanted to get a bite to eat . We didnt want to get fast food that you could get on every corener . While leaving the airport I Googled restaurants close by . There were several to choose from however, we decided on Pig Candy BBQ this restaurant did not disappoint. The food was amazing ( we had the special which was the brisket sandwich) this sandwich was very tender and full of flavor. If you are just traveling through or a local or feel up to a drive this is definitely worth your time .The staff knows what customer service means . All around Great food and service. A MUST STOP....... THANK YOU !!“

“Pros• Get to see and experience different part of the country for free (housing, travel, meals are provided)• Pay is good, and you are eligible for a nice bonus at the end of summer• Great dietetics experience - able to work with 1-2 RDs and handle many different cases of food allergies and intolerances• Learn to work with a diverse group of people and in a team (many international students on the team) - this is great to talk about in a job interview• Your ability to handle stressful situations under pressure greatly improves• You become more confident with your kitchen skills and knowledgeable about proper food handling practicesCons• Long hours (~50-60 per week) on your feet mostly, but you get breaks for meals and rest• You have to quickly learn on the job, but you will always be placed with experienced people who can help• Can be placed in a remote location for campMORAL OF THE STORY - Yes it's a difficult job and can be tiring, but it's extremely rewarding serving kids and it's only for 3 months of your life - you're going to make it. It is an invaluable experience where you will learn a lot about yourself: how you work in a team, your communication skills, your grit, whether you like the food industry or want to continue pursuing dietetics, etc. Regardless, you won't ever regret doing something challenging and I promise you'll learn something.“

“Chef Barone catered our wedding last night and we got so many compliments from all of our guests through out the night! Even today, we were still receiving rave reviews!
