As a restaurant operating partner myself, I believe it would be beneficial to implement some form of incentive or recognition program for team members who consistently deliver excellent service, receive 5-star reviews, or successfully upsell limited-time offers. Just a thought to consider—great work like Mary's deserves to be celebrated!“

“Had my son’s birthday party at the LaGrange McDonald’s this past weekend, and it was such a great experience!! I left with nothing but positive things to say and memories of a fantastic day! 10/10 experience! Some guests we had are vegetarian and the staff went above and beyond to make sure the kids had something to eat. If you’re looking for a place to have your child’s birthday party, this is it!“

“Great staff, clean and friendly, but the service was very slow. I was in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes and it didn't move so I parked & went in. It was about 15 minutes from getting in line inside behind one person until I was able to leave with food. Fortunately, what I got was fresh, tasty, and a good value.“

“Ordered 50 Box lunches for a sports camp event today! Everything was awesome. They packed the boxed lunches into a large box with handles, already lined with a trash bag. 🤯🤯 it was easy cleanup after our event. The food was a hit! Thank you so much for making things so easy.“

“My special order burger was incorrect. When I went back because it was wrong, the manager was very rude and didn't believe me, even though I had the wrong burger and my receipt!
The orders here are constantly wrong. Employees need some training on making sure the orders are correct, and training on how to politely correct a situation when it arises.“
