Despite them saying there would be a wait it was done so quickly and tasted delicious. Huge volume , their bowl didn’t even fit on a standard plate, it was falling over the edges. Didn’t take a before but you can see how clean my plate is and know it was quality“

The portions are VERY generous and everything is made right in front of you. Clean eating and doesn’t sit heavy on you. “If I could give this place more than five stars, I absolutely would! Our experience was nothing short of amazing. We originally placed an order through DoorDash, but the driver canceled and claimed the restaurant was closed. To our surprise, the owner personally called to apologize and made sure our order was completed. That level of care and commitment to customers is something you rarely see. My boyfriend went to pick up the food, and the owner went above and beyond—he even gave us two personal cheesecakes as an apology! And despite the fact that DoorDash had already canceled and refunded our order, the owner wouldn’t let us pay. He said he would handle the issue with DoorDash himself. The next day, I even called to check because we wanted to come in and pay if DoorDash hadn’t resolved it, and the owner reassured me he was taking care of everything. That kind of generosity and customer-first attitude is absolutely incredible. When he got home with the order, it was just as impressive as the service. We ordered the breadsticks, the combo pizza, and the Cup N’ Char pepperoni pizza. Everything looked and smelled amazing, and the taste was even better than we imagined. “Isaiah was wonderful! This was my first trip to a Noodles and Co. I was so happy at the service I received. I asked questions, and got plenty of answers! I was a little discombobulated when I was ordering and I placed my order incorrectly and Isaiah got it fixed for me right away! I appreciated him going the extra step to make my first visit go so well.

When I got my order the dasher took a BITE of my boyfriend’s personal pan pizza, took my daughter’s pepperoni pizza, and my extra garlic bread. Here is the kicker I TIPPED 15% when I checked out, SO I’M INSTANTLY IRRITATED!! I called Derby City ofc they didn’t answer because it’s a busy Friday night. When I got there and told them what happened and showed them the food I received, the manager immediately called Door Dash and got the driver banned from delivering at any of their stores. At 9:54PM right as they were preparing to close they made my entire order over and gave us FREE brownies & drinks. The manager took it a step further and refunded my money on her own. “Tonight was our first time at 80/20 Kaelin's and we'll definitely come back. I had the fried chicken and brussel sprouts. Both were excellent but especially the brussel sprouts. Our waiter was phenomenal. I didn't get his name but he was a red haired gentleman. Not only did he make sure we always had what we needed but he kept us laughing. From his favorite football team, to getting cut off by a Packers fan, to what he does (other than being a waiter) for a living. The laughs didn't stop!! That, to me, is priceless. “Was craving a Muffoletta and decided to see where the nearest place to get one was. Jason’s Deli is the nearest place to me. The last Muffaletta I got was up in Wisconsin and wasn’t disappointed. So my review of this muffaletta isn’t a bad one. I enjoyed it but would have preferred it to not be toasted. I didn’t really ask if it could not be toasted because I didn’t see it labeled as toasted. But I did want the ham and salami muffaletta. But with that being said we ordered a whole muffaletta which came to $18 and some change. It came with two bags of chips and two pickles. Also I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup and my wife ordered a side of Mac and cheese. It tasted decent. I guess it could be close to a New Orleans Muffaletta. The New York Muffaletta’s that come with the tomatoes and lettuce and such I feel were more my style. But overall I ate it and wasn’t disappointed by the one we ended up with. I would recommend it to someone from the southern area but not to the New York area to go here and get the Muffaletta.“
