I've never had a bad experience here. The managers and staff go above and beyond to accommodate their customers and the food is always fresh and delicious.
I eat at this Panera a lot, and it’s usually really good. Every once in a while a mistake happens but not like what I experienced today. I order ahead always and I’m waiting in the drive thru and it’s taking a while to get my order, but that’s not the problem. I got a snickerdoodle coffee, and what was handed to me was so sad. I’m not one to confront someone in person so I didn’t say anything but my smile went away when I was handed a half filled...read full review
