Subway is a restaurant known for its sandwiches. A visitor went an hour before closing and found that all the food had been prepared in advance. While the sandwiches were served, the employee seemed annoyed and put in minimal effort. The bread was damaged during cutting and the toppings were not added in the right amount. The communication was poor and the visitor had to remind the employee that they wanted two sandwiches instead of one. However, the "Manager" was friendly and helpful. The visitor had not been for a while and noticed a significant improvement in food quality and service, making it a great comeback.
