service is absolutely awful here. God forbid if your disabled and bring your dog in. the women at the front desk was extremely rude with me taking my order seemed like she had more important things to do and I was the only customer they had in there. when my food was done she threw my food on the counter. plus the food wasn't even hot it was Luke warm.

I went to the Wendy's at 411 Leighway dr. in Richmond Ky. and ordered the Asiago Chicken sandwich. When I got it, it was honestly the size of a large chicken nugget with mayonnaise. I took it back to the counter and showed the cashier. The cashier called the guy in the back that makes the sandwiches. He looked very dirty with cut off sleeves and arms full of tattoos. He looked at it and rolled his eyes. He walked to the back and came back with a cold piece of cheese in his hand...read full review
