Update: the owner reached out and offered a solution to my issue, he was very understanding.

I was given the wrong order at the drive-through, I went in to get it fixed and they told me they would have it right out. It took almost an hour to get the food I had originally ordered, me going up to the counter to check on it, And them re-ringing it in and ordering it before I finally got my food. Very frustrating experience.

As someone who is neutral to meat, and not a huge chicken eater - I only came here due to Abbey from FatheringAutism on YouTube frequently requesting Zaxby's with her communication device. Hands down, that girl has taste! This was the best quick service chicken I have EVER had! The sauce is awesome, we loved the lemon pepper rub, the toast - the cheese curds...And we were given a near TROUGH of ranch! Only problem is that there isn't any locations near me! Amazing, will...

The food was outstanding. However, they didn't get my order right, and I had to return to the counter twice to fix things. The staff acted like they didn't know how to handle a busy shift. They were very unorganized. Everyone ordering was waiting a long time for their food.
