“The only thing I’m mad about is that I haven’t been here before! What a gem of a place, located right in the heart of thriving downtown Ashland! The interior is so comfortable, open, and inviting. They have a nice coffee bar (which I didn’t utilize this visit), a well-stocked freezer case with treats to take home, and of course the main counter. I and my friend were greeted warmly by a worker who was both knowledgeable and personable. She was patient and helped guide me into picking a perfect treat for myself. The frozen custard was delicious, and I love the wide variety of add-ins and toppings. Can’t wait for my next trip back to try…everything!”

“Hi there! We tried to leave a review on the website, but it kept rerouting to another location. This is for the Rt. 60 Ashland, KY location. Our daughter loves Waffle House and we make a point of it to go once a week. Kay has been our server each time we’ve visited and we wanted to say that she is a shining light. She is friendly and kind to us and other customers. She has made a point of it to leave a beautiful, encouraging note on our ticket each time & I’ve observed her taking a moment to write other customers a kind note as well. I’ve attached a picture of said note. There is so much tearing down & negativity around us, and I believe that we rise by lifting others. Kay is a special example of this & the world could use more people like her. I hope someone in management or corporate sees this & acknowledges her in the best way. “Donatos first timer tonight AMAZING PIZZA!! We got a serious meat and a hot chicken & italian garlic breadsticks the ham was flakey and moist on the Serious Meat. NEVER had that on a pizza. PERFECT!!! And the Hot Chicken was probably the best pizza i have had in my life!! Ran over from Ironton and it was still perfect getting home. Thank you thank you Thank you!!”

“Last time we were there the normal woman who owns it or who is always there working was not there girl who waited on us was terrible normally though this is a good place very good it's another one of those deals when the cat's away the rats will play hopefully the next time we go out there she's not working there anymore the bouncy blonde who becomes friendly only with the people that she knows we love the girl who is the owner hope she knows how this girl is seems to be on her best behavior when she's there and not when she's gone most of the time the girl I'm speaking of works the front room thankfully not the bar area great pizza bread sandwich s sincerely Dave and Pam”

“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.”
