“❤My husband John and I go every year, Christmas would not be the same without a visit to The Glitz Irish Acres. We had the most wonderful day today, it was magical. “My family and a hand full of our friends have had our last few Sunday breakfasts at Trustees's Table. The buffet is really amazing. More than that, I want to say from the hostess, to the servers, the ones who prepared the food, and the managers, are a delight. Full of kindness, making accommodations when we had some extras join us at the last minute. The building is filled with wonderful people. Back to the ones who prepared the food. We've brought folks from different regions and all walks of life to your table. They ALL Love what your cooking!! Thank you again for a wonderful morning with my family and friends. Can't wait for our next visit!“

“Shakers Village of Pleasent Hill is off the beaten path. When you get down into the Village you are stopped and asked were your part of the Village you came to see. When you park your car,and enter the Village there is quite silent sound. You hear the birds flap their wings. You hear the creek waters roll over the rocks. You smell clean forest pine trees. Just loved it“

“Good food but seriously they give you way too much. I'm a big eater and I couldn't finish half of my order of fajitas.
The staff was attentive enough but my waiter was sort of surly. I'd put it down to them being busy except they weren't so I guess I just don't bring out the friendliness in others. But I'd eat there again, like I said good food.“

“I cannot say enough about the kindness of the staff here. My father had a medical emergency while waiting on dinner and the staff dialed 911 for me within seconds and offered to box up our food because we couldn’t stay to eat it. They also closed the restaurant while the EMT’s were working on Dad. I cannot say enough about the kindness of the employees/ staff. I have eaten there on other occasions too and the food has always been excellent.“

“On vacation with our Aussie- was thrilled to find a truly dog friendly venue with GF options. Food and atmosphere (lunch) was great - but we ordered their GF pizza to go to have later for dinner and OMG!!! I have been GF for 30 years and have been searching for good GF pies all over the US as we travel- and this was by far the very best I’ve ever had. Just incredible. Sad that we only have 1 more day to enjoy Lexington- I might order another to bring home!“

“My first time there was quite the experience! I ordered the sweet and sour chicken combo with a side of vegetable lo mein noodles and there was so much flavor in everything! It was all so hot, fresh and tasty. I will definitely be returning“

“My husband and I ate here for the first time today but it definitely won't be our last! We had heard good things about the food but were even more pleasantly surprised after we tasted the food! It was DELICIOUS!!! The buffet closed less than 30 minutes after we arrived but the food was still hot and fresh and they brought out a fresh batch of tenderloin and cornbread before we finished eating our meal. If I could give this place more than a 5 star rating, I would definitely do it!! The staff were very friendly and, for dessert, they had brownies with chocolate fudge type sauce on them and they also had an apple cake that was the BEST apple cake I have ever tasted!! I thought I made a good apple cake but I am an amateur baker compared to the lady who made this cake!! My husband said he could have eaten the whole pan of brownies if he hadn't been so full from eating the other delicious food we had. I HIGHLY recommend this place and cant wait to go again!!!“
