You portions are getting smaller, your pricing is increasing like crazy, and you guys are getting out of hand with this “are you using the mobile app today” and “would you like to round up”. Also the “can you pull up” just so you can ring up as many customers as you can while rushing and messing up orders is crazy. I don’t experience that from any other chain.
I don’t want to come back to a McDonald’s, the experience is not any good anymore.

Absolute rubbish. Been here twice combined wait time on food is over 40 minutes. For times like these might of well attended a sit down establishment
