Cedar Grove Coffee House Reviews
I was heading to Mammoth Cave from Louisville and thought I’d try this place out. Despite FB and Google stating they are open, they were not. Very disappointing.
Their coffee is delicious. But, it’s been a real bummer the past 2 times I’ve been when it says they are open, they were not.
Coffee and food are so good 😋

Cedar Grove Coffee House offers a cozy atmosphere and friendly service, making it a great spot to relax. The coffee shop features specialty coffees, with cappuccinos and other coffee drinks receiving praise. Customers can choose from multiple nondairy milk options, enhancing their coffee experience. The breakfast menu includes delicious panini, such as the turkey and cheese panini and the Italian panini, both known for being large and tasty. The staff is warm and welcoming, often going the extra mile; one customer mentioned receiving a free cinnaroll. Cedar Grove has its own coffee roaster, ensuring that the coffee is fresh and delicious. While some reviewers noted that the regular coffee was not up to par, others enjoyed smooth drinks like an iced coffee with oat milk and caramel syrup, as well as a white mocha latte. Prices are considered extremely cheap, making it worth the drive. The dining area and restrooms are clean, contributing to a pleasant lunchtime experience. The coffee shop is also open until 7 PM, a rare find that benefits those looking for a creative spot later in the day. With local art for sale on the walls and a gallery featuring local artists, Cedar Grove Coffee House invites customers to linger. Despite some minor drawbacks, its charm and dedication to customers have earned it a loyal following, making it a hidden gem in Shepherdsville.
