“I love Panera, but have concerns about the Shepherdsville location and Covid-19 restrictions. The cashier handles your money and your cups. That's gross. And I thought the new rules restricted self serve drink dispensers??? Coffee still in pots for self service, along with the milk in self serve canisters. I wanted 1/2 & 1/2...it was handed to me from someone in the kitchen without gloves and long fingernails🤢. As I said, I love Panera Bread, but might see if Starbucks down the street does better with the new restrictions.“

“We stopped here on our way home from Louisville on a junkyard trip. Three of us ordered food and drinks.

Unbeknownst to us, my lemonade was rung up as the "handcrafted" instead of the regular fountain lemonade. The other two guys got their drink cups but the fellow at the register said he'd gave to make mine as the handcrafted lemonade was behind the counter.

I gathered napkins and joined my buddies. When they called our order, I asked about my lemonade and they still hadn't made it. I took the food to the table and returned once again for my darned handcrafted lemonade.

I stood there another minute before they finally filled a cup from the fountain behind the counter. It wasn't that great of a lemonade and I'd not bother next time with the hassle it took to get it and a $1 upcharge. Otherwise, the food was good.“

“The girl in the drive through on March 25 around 745 PM was such an amazing human! I didn’t catch her name, but she was so pleasant and kind! Y’all gotta hire more people like her because 10/10 amazing customer service! Her whole demeanor turned a rough day right around, and I can’t say enough good things about her during our brief interaction!“
