“I stopped by for dinner coming home from Louisville. I was immediately welcomed by the staff and my order was taken. My food was prepared quickly and was excellent. I appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the food was delicious! This is how a restaurant should be. Thanks Zaxbys, I will be back.“

“I love Panera, but have concerns about the Shepherdsville location and Covid-19 restrictions. The cashier handles your money and your cups. That's gross. And I thought the new rules restricted self serve drink dispensers??? Coffee still in pots for self service, along with the milk in self serve canisters. I wanted 1/2 & 1/2...it was handed to me from someone in the kitchen without gloves and long fingernails🤢. As I said, I love Panera Bread, but might see if Starbucks down the street does better with the new restrictions.“

“The girl in the drive through on March 25 around 745 PM was such an amazing human! I didn’t catch her name, but she was so pleasant and kind! Y’all gotta hire more people like her because 10/10 amazing customer service! Her whole demeanor turned a rough day right around, and I can’t say enough good things about her during our brief interaction!“

“Recommended my group to go there before s movie because I wanted to try it the pretzel bun. Ordered online and ate in. Got everything but the pretzel bun that was clearly on the receipt even. Everyone what had their food and want going to make then wait for me to just get a bun exchange or new sandwich so didn't bother anytime, but was disappointed.“
