“We drive the hour for their donuts as they are just that good! The chocolate icing is the best around. Last Friday I got to try the cherry bombs and apple cinnamon sugar donut and those are also so amazing. We’ve had their bread and danishes in the past and guess what? Also amazing 😊 only place we get donuts at anymore”

“We had dinner at the downtown location this evening to celebrate my son’s graduation from the military, and leaving to report to his first assignment. From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. “A hidden gem on Garfield Place . We decided to throw out the Hyde park restaurants and try something new . The Mezze Board was fantastic with all of the Mediterranean dips and veggies , The Shrimp Cossoult is to die for . The braised lamb /risotta/feta explodes with every bite. The best of all is that it was our first time dining and and I felt like family with the service from Nimo and Bryce , Coming back next week for the Swordfish . 6 stars !!!!!”

“We celebrated my birthday at Carmelo’s, our first time there. The experience was incredible, and our server was exceptional. The food was absolutely amazing & I can’t stop thinking about it! We had the oxtail pasta and the red fish. Fish is my favorite, and I’ve never had better tasting fish. Our server also convinced us to try the cauliflower, which was amazing.
