“This is a great neighborhood bar everybody makes you feel welcome. The food is good comfort type food proportions are good prices are reasonable. The coolest thing about this location is the music they bring in some great musicians. It's a small venue which sometimes makes it hard to watch the musicians but you can hear fine from anywhere in the bar. We visit the location frequently.“

“I've been a fan of Local Post since they first opened, and they never disappoint. My most recent visit was on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon, where I enjoyed the patio and the rare treat of a weekday brunch. As someone with a nontraditional schedule, I love that they offer brunch during the week! Though I didn’t see a Bloody Mary on the menu, the bartender went above and beyond to make me one, and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. I also ordered the brunch fries, which were spot-on. The service was outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and they really made me feel at home. The laid-back atmosphere and great vibes make Local Post a go-to spot for me.“

“I love Arnold's. We have gone there since 1989! I am glad to support this place! We had a fried pretzel, hamburgers and during sangria. Everything was great! We sat upstairs so it was quiet and the temperature was perfect relatively to the hot temperatures outside. The waiter was very nice and very attentive. Places like Arnold's make Cincinnati downtown a place worth to visit!“

“This was an awesome laid back place on the river. Staff was super friendly, the owner was friendly, everyone was working their butss off. There is plenty of space if you have a big group. You can dock and get food also. Food was good. Their Cincinnati chili is legit and definitely worth making a trip here for. Watch the hill on the way in and out. It's a bit steep!

Parking: It is at the top of the hill so you have to go down the steps or the ramp in and out.“

“It's really heartwarming to see a mini curbside food pantry there also that you can contribute to and share your extra blessings with people. I like that these are popping up in the city. I've seen one in Northside also, by the old IGA and rec center.“

“We hosted a get together here and had a great time! Candace was so great to work with prior to the event and helped us organize drink tickets and a space for us for food. The day of the event, Brandy and Tommy (the bartenders) took great care of us and made sure everyone had a great time. This place is a hidden gem up on the hill with great staff, great bar selections, and a great atmosphere! We will be back.“

“I’ll be honest it’s not a bad spot to drink at and the owner has always been super kind to me. The food is decent and I’d recommend getting the platter after drinking on a night out if the friers are still on. I personally get the chicken tenders with nacho cheese and the occasional mozzarella sticks. Karaoke is fun and I’ve been a pool shark since mid-college. Rom even taught me how to play pool! Location was such a huge thing for me back then and it was a prime bar living in Aspen Pines. Now I unfortunately do not approve of certain things and numerous people who they chose to keep and allow to work behind the bar top. Especially with their track records. It is still a dive/pool bar at the end of the day so I just choose to avoid it at all costs now. As I was told as a little girl “birds of a feather do flock together.” which just means I’m just not in the same flock as them and I am A-OKAY with that currently. Plus there are plenty of other bars to attend in both Ohio and KY. It’s just a shame because I did really like it at one point in time. 💙 Just know if you’re down for a good time they do know how to party and I will always root for them at a safe distance. “Hanks... Hanks is Hanks, solid bartenders. Pool table is bang up as well. I wouldnt mess with the bartenders cause they can handle their own business but don't think they don't have a plethora of regulars that will have their back, cause they're just that good and hospitable to their customers. Walk in and you feel like a regular. Love it and will be back again and referring to friends to watch the game at.

I didn't have my hopes up because sometimes hotel restaurants can get away with serving mediocre food to a captive audience, but I genuinely enjoyed everything I ate at the Fifth Lounge in the Radisson. We got the stuffed breadsticks ($12 for three, a little steep) fish sandwich and tots ($13?) and a burger and fries ($14). The server was super sweet and gracious despite being the only person working the entire restaurant and bar. The tots and fries were perfectly fried and had a great Cajun seasoning on them. The burger was delicious and the fish sandwich was great too, I liked how soft the bread was. FYI No vegetarian options at all (menu in pics)

Sadly, I haven't made their Trivia Night on Mondays in a while- but if you have the chance, its so fun. Local comedian Steve Caminiti hosts and will have you laughing from start to finish! “Quiet little burger joint with a beautiful view. The burger was juicy. The bartender didn't listen very well with the condiments, but I won't complain. The view was immaculate. The patrons there were nice and welcoming. I'll go again when I am on that side of town.
