“It's almost the end of 2024 and I've been having Clean Eatz this entire year. I'd say 90% of everything I've eaten this year has been CE. To say it's been a huge game changer for me is an understatement. I had a stubborn 10lb that wouldn't go away from the Covid years. That was gone in the first couple months. I was also able to set PRs in all distances-5k, 10k, 15k, half marathon and marathon. Having healthy food from Ce definitely played a huge part in that. Prior to this year I'd never ran more than 1200 miles in a year and I'm coming up on 1800 for the year! Also I haven't been sick this entire year where I'm normally sick at least one or two times. It all starts with your diet and I'm so incredibly blessed that I discovered CE.“

“I love the St. Matthew’s store because it’s bigger than the Highlands one. I honestly just like to go and walk up and down every aisle to see what new vegan things I can find. There’s a smoothie bar inside, grab n go with vegan options, huge supplement section and friendly staff. It’s the perfect place to go when I’m looking for a specific ingredient regular grocery stores don’t have.“

“I love this location because they always do a amazing job at this one making it the best one in Louisville by far, for example I got delivery and they made sure to put the tape over the straw hole showing how much they care for the customers well being making me highly impressed. (This was the promotional cup so it wasn't the stereotypical in the middle like the others) If they didn't care they wouldn't have even paid attention to it.“

“I went for a smoothie after a hot day out hiking and it was perfect. I got the sunrise/sunset which was strawberry, pineapple, mango and Orange juice. Very fresh fruit OJ was cold. Service was fast. And they are pretty large size wise and priced are fair..especially for what you get . Highly recommend. Will be back often. (Have to pay for parking..Plenty around.. I paid 2.45 cents for 1 hour)“

If loving Tropical Smoothie Café is wrong, I don’t want to be right. This place is dangerously good—I could seriously go every single day and still not get tired of it. At this point, they probably see me pull into the parking lot and start making my order before I even walk in.

First of all, the smoothies are next level. They’re always fresh, perfectly blended, and bursting with flavor. Whether I’m in the mood for something fruity, creamy, or packed with protein, they have a smoothie to match every craving. The Bahama Mama? Absolutely life-changing. The Avocolada? Feels like a tropical vacation in a cup. And don’t even get me started on the Peanut Paradise—I would fight someone for the last one.

But here’s the real danger—once you start pairing a smoothie with their food, there’s no going back. Their wraps, flatbreads, and quesadillas are ridiculously good, and suddenly you’re not just grabbing a smoothie, you’re planning your entire meal around it. I came for a quick drink, and now I’m walking out with a full-course meal and no regrets.

Honestly, I might need an intervention, but until then, I’ll be over here happily sipping my Tropical Smoothie, pretending I have self-control. If you haven’t tried it yet, consider this your sign—you need this in your life. Just be warned… once you start, there’s no going back!“

On this visit, I asked for some of their holiday drinks - all of them super yummy!! For this order, it was $21, all had extra shots, drizzle and double flavorings. This same order would have been $32 at the competition location. Definitely need to try Dutch Bros if you haven’t yet!!“
