“My wife and I had dinner with our youngest son earlier this evening. The service was friendly and helpful and the menu offered a ton of options. The food was SPECTACULAR! The yellow curry with shrimp was the best curry I’ve ever eaten! My wife raved about the Pad See Ew and our son loved his red curry, too. His cobb salad with an *incredible* ginger soy dressing was delicious. We will be returning to this wonderful, casual restaurant, and often. tl;dr the food is so, so, sooooo good“

“Our favorite Thai in Louisville, this family run restaurant in front of the Glenmary community has many great menu options to choose from. My favorite entrees are Jalapeno Beef, Drunken Noodle Beef, and Sweet snd Sour Chicken. My wife loves both the chicken and vegetarian versions of Pad Thai. Several nice curry options are also offerred. The chicken satay, pork dumplings and spring rolls are all great appetizers. Not on the menu but also available are fresh "summer rolls": lettuce, shrimp, pork and rice noodles wrapped in rice paper. And when I am especially hungry, spicy sour shrimp soup as a starter is also delicious. Their black rice pudding dessert is fantastic as well! Best Thai food in Louisville at any price, but the prices here are a great value in these difficult times!“

“The best Thai food place in KY! Fresh, authentic, and delicious! Our favorite place to visit in Louisville.“

“Food was excellent. But had the red curry chicken and it had only 8 chunks of actual chicken in it. Brought a client to impress her as she loves Thai food. Embarrassing that our food was presented to us on actual Dixie paper plates and bowls. Not a good impression at all. $15 for a bowl of basically red curry sauce, 8 chunks of chicken and a pound of fillers like bamboo shoots. Do better Mai“

“This little gem in Louisville has been a staple of great Chinese food for 15 years. Always friendly, this family owned business is a MUST when seeking to quench your Chinese food cravings. You will not be disappointed.“

“The food is really good mostly because of the sauces they use It's very typical of what you might find in a Chinese restaurant with a little spin on sauces or some things.... as with every restaurant these days they're shorting you on the meat whether it's chicken or beef and giving you lots of rice... pretty expensive for carry out and expect an expected/mandatory gratuity/tip even for carry out...“

“Ruby Thai Kitchen is a great place if you’re looking for lots of food and variety. The buffet-style options make it easy to try different dishes, and everything is flavorful and filling. One of my favorite parts is their boba tea — they have lots of flavors to choose from, and it’s always refreshing. The portions are generous, and there’s something for everyone. Definitely a nice spot to eat when you’re hungry and craving Thai food with a good drink on the side.“
