“Without paying attention to the time I walked in 15 minutes before they were closing, they didn't bet an eye, I ordered the calamari appetizer with chili sauce and the Panang curry with shrimp. The food was incredible, without a question some of the best Thai I've had in a very long time.If you're in the area definitely stop by, if you're not in the area make the effort to take the trip and come here to eat. You will not be disappointed.“
“one of our favorites! Service is friendly and fast, and kisses to the chefs, we appreciate all the love you in put in every recipe. In addition to the flavor explosion, we really appreciate the freshness of vegetables, the large portions, and the Thai tea is the best one we've ever had. Always a satisfying experience.“

“Nestled in the heart of Fern Creek, this Thai restaurant has become a cherished spot for my family. Its proximity to our home makes it a convenient culinary escape, offering a taste of Thailand right in our backyard. My wife, son, and I are aficionados of Asian cuisines, and this place has consistently impressed us with its authentic and diverse Thai offerings. We've embarked on a gastronomic adventure through their menu, from the rich and aromatic seafood soups to the perfectly balanced curries. Each dish is a testament to the chef’s expertise in blending traditional flavors with a touch of modern flair. What strikes me most is the consistent quality of their food. Whether it’s the subtle spice of their soups or the robust depth of one of their curries, every meal has been a delightful experience. Their attention to detail, from the selection of fresh ingredients to the presentation of the dishes, elevates the dining experience. This Thai restaurant is more than just a place to eat; it’s a journey through the flavors of Thailand, lovingly prepared and served with a warm smile. For anyone in Fern Creek or the surrounding areas, it’s a culinary destination that shouldn’t be missed. Highly recommended for a family dinner or a casual outing. It’s a five-star experience that keeps us coming back for more.“
“Thai noodle is my favorite restaurant in Louisville hands down! If I could rate this restaurant 10 stars I would. The owners are very nice and personable to all guests. The service is always quick. The food always come out HOT and with FLAVOR. Wait time for the food is always short. Would recommend to anyone. I have invited friends for both lunch and dinner here who are not familiar with traditional Thai dishes and they all found something they enjoy on the menu. Thanks Thai Noodles! -Andy“

“I love Thai food and have been to many good Thai places across the country throughout my travels. I don't know how much I can speak to authenticity, but I know what my tongue and palette like . At Simply Thai, I got the chicken pineapple fried rice and chicken kaow soi, both spice level 3 (out of 5). I liked the pineapple fried rice. It was very good and came in a pineapple which was cool. Portion size was decent too. The kaow soi was alright. The curry was quite watery and the noodles were wheat noodles. This kept it from really picking up the tastes of the curry, which made it a little blander than I would have liked. Simply Thai is always busy, but the servers are very nice and attentive despite the busyness. It's got a lot of seating, but once again is always busy, so you have to go early to beat the rush! They do, however, usually have extra seating available at the bar even if you don't order a drink, as long as you're over 21. The restaurant has a great environment with a lot of cultural decorations that spice up the place. All in all, Simply Thai is simply a good place to go for some good Thai food, as long as you don't mind a wait!“
“The portions of each dish were larger than expected, not a bad thing! We had tom ka gai, tom yum, beef salad and a chicken bhan mi. The thai food was slightly sweeter than what I've had from other thai restaurants but still delicious nonetheless.“
“Food is always tasty! I usually am basic and order their chicken pad Thai spicy level 2. Their sushi is great as well. I normally opt for the bourbon salmon roll. Relaxing atmosphere and awesome fish tank at entrance (Middletown location). Service has always been good and prompt!“
“Delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine hidden in plain sight on the South End. The atmosphere is quite casual and spartan, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Try the Bún bò Huế traditional style, you won't regret it!“
