Graeter's Ice Cream

Great customer service. I was traveling with ice cream pints and the store manager offered to send me with dry ice to ensure it was not melted. Thank you!!

I'm unsure of her name, but the woman at the front counter (she appeared to be a manager) was fabulous! Incredibly personable and welcoming. And of course, the ice cream here never disappoints.

Went and got a 1 dip waffle cone. Literally I could see bottom of the cone I was very disappointed in the size of the scoop! And the cost was 2 dollars more than udf across the street which give me a more generous 1 scoop last time I was there. For the size and the cost I know were I'm going to spend my money!

One of my favorite Ice cream places. Tried it for the first time, Last year, when I was high school senior having dinner and Ice cream with a high school swim team and loved it.

Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!

My recent visit to Graeter’s was disappointing. My mother and I ordered ice cream, and during checkout, the cashier scanned a coupon on our phones for a $1.54 single dip sugar cone. Initially, my mother’s total was $5.70, which dropped to $2.43 after the coupon was applied. However, after we paid, the employee informed us that there had been a mistake and the total was incorrect.

The cashier went to consult the manager, but when he returned, he told us that the manager said they don’t do refunds and nothing could be done. This message should have been delivered by the manager directly, not the employee. The cashier even offered to get money from his bag to pay us back for his mistake, which was kind but not a proper resolution to the issue.

Overall, the handling of this situation by the manager was unprofessional and left us feeling very dissatisfied. This experience has made us question the management and customer service at this location.

This was our second experience at this location and it was great. We were welcomed as we came through the doors which made us feel appreciated (not everywhere does this). We found ourselves pondering the flavor selections and the girls working were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the flavors. We were given samples and all of our questions were answered with a smile. We each got an ice cream cone with two scoops. As always the ice cream was exceptional, the amazing quality you know and love from Graeters. The girls working were even able to help us navigate the app so that we could get rewards points for our purchase. I highly recommend this ice cream shop, everything from the quality to the service is five star.

Great ice cream with a lot of favorites. Greaters has been a Cincinnati staple my whole life. If you want great ice cream do not miss it. Their service is always top notch.

The new Lemon Meringue Pie ice cream is the best flavor ever!! I hope it stays.It is so nice to go into a store and be greeted the way I am at the Taylor Mill location. Adam is so kind and friendly. He is fun to talk with and isa great role model for the other employees. Keep up the fantastic work!!
