4/5/25 - Placed a McDelivery order that went through 5 different drivers just to get canceled. Have gone round and round with Doordash customer service, McDonald's customer service and McDonald's corporate. And no one wants to refund my $37.
Every time I stop in the morning they're never open on time, most of the timer 20 or 25 minutes late opening your better off going to the Wilder McDonald's!
I ordered a bunch of happy meals for my class today. I ordered through the mobile ap and when I went to the restaurant the order was no where to be seen. The staff put the order together for me promptly and I was out the door quickly. They also refunded the whole order without me complaining. The kids ate every piece of food and were happy! Thanks for fixing an issue appropriately!
