The ice cream machine is never working, the service is horrible, the lines are long and slow, and half the time they get your order wrong. Just go to Chick-fil-A instead. Oh and their fries are always gross and disgusting and old.
Edit 5/18/25. Why do I punish myself by coming back to this place with horrible food and terrible service. I’ve sat in the #1 spot for my drive thru so long I literally have seen the grass grow. A turtle just looked back and laughed at me.

Ordered at 1130 got 2 large Carmel frappes,vanilla ice coffee and a hash brown try to give us 2 burritos and a hash brown and after having to repeat myself multiple times they only gave us One Carmel frappe they then took our re Receipt and made us pull up we waited over 10 min and multiple cars getting there stuff before we left

Absolutely terrible been there 2 times food is always cold my granddaughter who is 5 would not even eat it just terrible a happy meal and quarter pounder meal $18 bucks what a joke never going back save your money stay away !!!!!

I clearly ordered a DIET COKE but was given a regular coke. I am a type 1 diabetic and my blood sugar is currently spiking through the roof and I am now needing to dose myself with a shit ton of insulin to make sure I don't go into DKA. Oh, and when I try to call the number for this store it goes straight to voicemail. I hope they are ready for me to come in tomorrow and let them have a piece of my mind
Might be the worst experience of my life. Got my food wrong twice and there was at least 5 people who came back in and either had cold food or a wrong order. Service was terrible and just sloppy

WORST FRIES EVER. Fried just long enough to melt the ice off them from the freezer. They were served limp, soaked in grease and squished in your mouth. DISGUSTING.
