AVOID DRIVE-THRU AT ALL COSTS. I’ve been here 4 times in 2 months and they have forgotten my side of cheese and/or onions EVERY time. The worst location out of the 20+ skylines I’ve been to. Drive the extra distance for quality and accuracy. This is a disgrace.

We traveled in from Naples Fl and stopped at The Taylor Mill location. We were tired and it was raining non stop. We were greeted at our table by Raniyah ... OMG she is amazing. Made us feel right at home. Had our hot food on the table in no time and really cared about our visit. She touched the table many times and kept our drinks always full. Her attention to detail was off the charts, it is rare to find this kind of service in fast food restaurants. It was such an enjoyable experience thanks to Raniyah. Skyline you have a tremendous employee in Raniyah and I think you should know it. Next time you visit this location ask for Raniyah

Had the worst experience i’ve ever had at a skyline at this specific location which was incredibly surprising. Went through the drive through mid-afternoon when the store wasn’t very busy. Not only did they ring in our order incorrectly, we were charged a SECOND TIME for the corrected items because they “weren’t rung in.” Not to mention how rude the employee in the drive thru was, slamming the door shut before we could even say anything to them every single time. So, we were met with incredibly rude staff but also charged twice for our food when it was rung in incorrectly by said rude staff. When we finally received our allegedly corrected food we paid for a second time, it was wrong. again. at this point I didn’t even have the energy to argue since it was apparent the staff truly didn’t care and would most likely charge me a third time for their mistake. So so so disappointed as this used to be the best skyline location in my opinion.

I ordered a Greek salad and it didn't come with any dressing. We also ordered 2 black bean and rice chilitos and neither had rice. I also ordered a 3 way with habanero cheese and didn't get the cheese. Idk how you mess up an order so bad and I was the only car in the drive thru..

We done in at the Taylor Mill location! We have grown to live and appreciate Nivea and all her hard work! Even between visits when it had been awhile, she rembered our prior orders, always keeps our drinks filled and a beautiful smile on her face! Love Taylor Mill Skyline!

Dirty restaurant. Girl with brown hair kind of thicker, nose ring, looks like her name is Brittany, was rude to my family when we walked in a party of 6, “oh my god” so rude and disrespectful. Heard her complaining about a group of young boys and when they would leave because it was 20 minutes before close. I get it but honestly not service I expected. Saturday 6/29

6/20/24 1:30pm No one greeted us as we walked in typically someone always shouts welcome in . Always something we enjoy Ryley was our waitress. She actually brought me my ? slice with my water which has become rare she also brought a new water with another slice of ? by the time I got to half a cup and I truly appreciate that as I tend to drink several cups of water with my meals. Attention to detail is key. However my partner never received a refill once. This probably wouldn't of happened if you would of taken on less tables and allowed your colleague to help you. Which brings me to my next complaint about you. I'm sure you stole us from the other waitress working and with me having a culinary background proper etiquette is key to help restaurants run properly. I will also say that not coming back and asking if I wanted anything else was a no no, you should always be trying to up sell. Simply touching the table and asking if I wanted anything else before bringing the check is all .
I was truly hoping to have a great experience as I don't know the next time we will get to enjoy this establishment. I definitely don't foresee myself going to this establishment over others that are nearby whenever I'm in the area.
Hot Mett cheese coney is the way to go it blows the habanero cheese one out of the park. Happy I got to try it and I hope it becomes a permanent part of the menu.
