“Wonderful customer service and food. Everything was fresh and hot. My burger was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Ruben sandwich and that was incredibly yummy. His only complaint was for it to be a tad warmer but the place was so busy I'm not going to complain. Ten out of ten. How did you all manage to keep the fries so warm? I've never been to a restaurant that had constantly warm fries 🍟“

“The table was sticky, the server didn't take our menus or plates. They charged us for add ONS that they didn't give. They didn't let us look over the receipt. Everything was either bland or over salted. The Mac and cheese is a bowl of noodles with milk. Never again They also gave both of us food poisoning. I've been here 5 times. I have never had a good experience. My husband will eat anything and even he refused to eat the food. And that's saying something. The waitress was rude and impatient. They're wasn't very many people there. Who cares if my husband took one extra bite when she offered to take the plate away. Instead she walked off in a huff and left it there. WORST DATE EVER.“

“This was a horrible experience. Before we were seated, the young man told us they only had one cook, and told us we may not want to eat there. We decided to take the chance. There were only three other tables with people. After about 10 minutes, he came to the table and took our order. He brought us our drinks. And we sat in the booth for 1 hour, before our appetizer arrived. Approximately 30 minutes later our food arrived. One of our meals was the "Cali roasted turkey melt". It had two small pieces of turkey, two pieces of bacon, two cherry tomatoes, no avocado, no cheese, and no mayo. There was more bread than meat or cheese. And absolutely no avocado. They should look at the pictures in their menu , and at least get close to the image when they make the sandwich. The appetizers were cooled off enough that the mozzarella cheese sticks we're not melted. They were hard. The other meal was a breakfast meal. There was supposed to be biscuits and gravy. I received a biscuit that was cut in half, and fried on the grill to warm it up. It had either small pieces of onion, or small pieces of potato burned into the biscuit. We rejected the turkey sandwich meal, and took the breakfast meal to go. We were tired of sitting in a restaurant waiting. Also, this is a restaurant that serves its meals on stoneware. Why are we getting plastic cups with dipping sauce? The plastic cups are smaller than normal dipping cups, yet the price didn't change. There wasn't enough gravy to even cover the biscuits. And the dipping sauce for the appetizer wasn't enough. I'm sorry we even paid for the breakfast meal, it was flavorless. And the silverware was greasy. We will not be going back to IHOP.“
