“This Sunday, took the drive from Floyd county, down to Paintsville , my sister and I have talked all evening of the outstanding service we received and the food was hot and delicious, the waiter and waitress worked as a team, would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, thanks to the chef and owner for a wonderful experience!!”

“To be real and upfront the drink station for this Burger King is what sells this location for me. The other Locations have the normal small selection. This one has hundreds of combos if you feel adventurous. Good food if charbroil is a favorite I recommend stopping by, filling up the tank, and checking the rest of the store out it's surprisingly well stocked in goods you don't find at other stations.”

“Very good! We got the spicy miso soup, veggie hibachi with noodles, and chicken hibachi. Also the yum yum sauce😊 Everything was fresh and hot! The service was friendly and the place was clean. First time dining at this place and we will be back! We visit about twice a year and have never seen a place like this in Paintsville before. We would have loved to have it when we visited while we were vegetarian! If you haven’t tried it, give it a chance!”

“My Wife Melinda Music and I had been eating at a few other Pizza Places. Obviously for the lack of choices and prices were too high or poor quality. Now, since Giovannis of Paintsville has new management, new booths and improvements weekly, we have returned there. We eat there at least weekly on Fridays before we go grocery shopping. The food is great, service is great, prices are reasonable in this inflation time (they can’t just give it away, let’s be realistic now). I can’t wait for the video games to come back. Day at a time, this place has become the powerhouse it used to be……..and then some, “So much better.” We thoroughly enjoy the food and the wonderful people there. People who report falsely on them, shame on you. Give them a few more months and some other pizza places will definitely feel the sting of their already growing positive success. It will only keep getting better. We love it.”

“This is actually in the same building as taco bell. So it is truly a blessing. KFC and Taco Bell, one location...who could ask for more?
KFC is really expensive now though. Used to be affordable but anymore it is to high.”

“Phenomenal wings!!! Great salad, fried mushrooms. Ham and cheese sub and Stromboli were bomb too! Got 2 subs, 1 burger, 3 fried mushrooms, 1 onion petal, 6 wings, and a huge salad with added chicken and it was very affordable. Way cheaper than Arby’s and 10 times the flavor! Highly recommend!”

“They had assortment of food that wasn't too bad. They do have seafood (fried shrimp, frog legs, stuffed little crab and baked frozen fish) on Friday and Saturday. The service was good. It wasn't too busy at 4.”

“Most of the staff I have dealt with here at this location is usually friendly. Definitely better service than the Salyersville location.Food is usually good. If they make a mistake they usually fix it without hassle. Sucks Little Caesars has raised their prices so much not nearly as affordable as they used to be and they really should drop the "hot and ready" because that isn't really true anymore but that isn't the staffs fault.”

“As someone who has work in the fast food industry before I think the customer service was great. The food was great tasting. And I think the atmosphere of the place was great it felt kinda relaxing. I plan to be back here ”

“Ordered a mobile order today 9/28, while I was sitting at a table to get my reward points & a bogo promo. I went up once I placed my order and as soon as the worker was about to start making my order I see a couple gnats flying around and on the ingredients in the containers while the worker completely disregarded the gnats.. I told the worker to not make my order and requested a refund due to the cleanliness of this location and he let me know I needed to request a refund through the app, I submitted a ticket.

The reason I’m even leaving this review is the same food the gnats were on & flying near was never replaced with fresh food and was served to I believe 3 people behind me. Couldn’t recommend this location, went to the Burger King right beside this location and had a great experience.

“I got a peanut butter milkshake and 2 vanilla cones and a Carmel Sunday witch they was melted when she handed them to me after waiting 25 min to order with nobody waiting in line and the milk shake tasted like plan vanilla ice cream not peanut butter at all the paintsville DAIRY QUEEN is probably the worst resteruant in paintsville now when it comes to service and their food and it use to be very good quality don't know what has happened but I'll not be back”
