“Chicken crispy, moist, salty-i thought I ordered Cajun so initially I was disappointed, when I looked at my order I only ordered dark meat. The honey biscuit was smothered in sweetness and fell apart but the flavor balanced out the saltiness of the rest of the food. The red beans and rice had a huge amount of fake smokiness and was mostly bland white rice with no beans, a couple of bean casings but no whole beans. The Mac and cheese was creamy and pasta cooked perfectly but it had no depth of flavor, the cheese sauce was one note, maybe add a dash of hot sauce or black pepper. The potato wedges were cold and tasted of old oil, I heated them up in the air fryer, they were then crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The jambalaya had chunks of seasoned chicken, the rice cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned. For fast food, it was very good.“
