Hear nothing but good things about working for this company. I've applied multiple times for production. Although I never receive a call. I'll keep trying and hopefully it will happen!
We have the BEST people 😍😎🤩
They just walked into our store and handed us the most incredible butter cookies! We were so surprised and delighted! Thank you so much!!!
More Than A Bakery is an exceptional workplace known for its cleanliness, great pay, and a four-day work week. The people here are described as super nice, respectful, helpful, and very appreciative of the services provided. The facility has a beautiful pond in the front, adding to the pleasant work environment.
Employees express love for their job and appreciate the management's efficiency. The onboarding process, however, can be challenging, as one applicant found it difficult to schedule an interview initially. While the in-person interview and orientation went smoothly, the applicant's positive THC test result from a smoking device led to their disqualification for employment, which was a disappointing experience.
Overall, More Than A Bakery is praised for its excellent working conditions and employee-friendly policies, though the strict drug policy may be a concern for some applicants.
