10/10 - we worked with the Spark team for a wedding in Fall 2023. It was a HUGE wedding, in the middle of a field/farm with little to no equipment. They knocked it out of the park! From the tasting and site visit, to the on-site execution. This team never stopped moving, and the food was amazing! As a company that plans weddings and events for a living, we HIGHLY recommend this group to cater your event.

The menu features vegetarian options like great green beans, mashed potatoes, and Mac/cheese. The wheelchair-accessible restaurant is open except for Mondays and Tuesdays, and before 2 pm daily. Recent reviews highlight the superb Valentine’s Day dinner, with seared ribeye seasoned to perfection and sides made with love. Visitors also praise the genuine food and service, describing the atmosphere as welcoming, comfortable, and relaxed. The green beans are notably flavorful, and the chili is considered possibly the best in the world. Overall, Spark remains a favorite spot for many, offering quality meals and a warm environment.
