BUT when I addressed management they were extremely concerned with making things right they, straightened everything out immediately! “We set Beefs as our playoff destination last Bengals season, decided to do the Super Bowl at home, you know the outcome. Won't make the same mistake this year. it has been a great playoff. Can't say enough about Beefs, food is always fresh, hot and affordable. ALL staff members are extremely efficient and friendly. Beer is ice cold and cheaper than every other pub we visit. The best fish and chips I have ever eaten and the wings are phenomenal! AFC Championship Sunday....WHO DEY!! The loudest table at Beefs when our Bengals are on.“

“My family and I have been going to buffalo bobs for a while now and have always loved the food, atmosphere and service. Everything was great until today 18 July which was the one time I wished I went somewhere else. The young man that waited on us today was only interested in a table that was buying a lot of alcohol and nothing else. Our drinks ran empty and instead of allowing us to substitute a soup instead of a salad, we was charged full price for the meal and soup unlike any other time of paying the upgrade charge of $2. I'll go back for the food but the service tonight was way under par.“
