“My mother lives near here, so we were looking for a close by place to take her. My expectations were low, but boy was I wrong. The brisket po boy was amazing and the gravy was phenomenal! My kids loved the rib sandwiches and twice baked potato salad. We will be back every time we're in town.
Edit: removed a star when I saw I was charged for tap water.“

“NOT impressed. We just spent $47 on 2 meat and 2 sides with 2 drinks. I'm extremely disappointed in the small amount of food for what we paid. I won't be back and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone wanting BBQ.“

“So, my mom (80 yrs. old) says "I'm so tired of average barbecue; I wish we had some sure enough black persons barbecue like when I was young." I'm no genie but, Shaw Nuff I found it! They serve until the meats gone so I'd go early or order ahead. I've added one picture of where the magic happens.“
